Brazil
Tasting Notes: Strawberry, Cane Sugar, Hazelnut
Body: Light
Acidity: Bright
Process: Natural
Note from the Roaster:
This origin retains the terroir that you would expect from a Brazilian coffee like the cocoa, and the nuttiness. This one comes with an elevated characteristic of strawberry sweetness and acidity. The mouth feel is of a medium body and acidity for light to medium roasts while more bitterness is present in dark roasts. It’s a wild experience to be able to drink something so unique!
Enjoy, one sip at a time!
About Brazilian Coffee:
Brazilian coffee is the most exported coffee in the world. Most of this coffee makes its way into the commodities market which is then used in a variety of products. In specialty coffee, Brazilian coffee is mostly known as a base for blends. However, we would like to depart from it’s commodity value and bring to you something special that spotlights a single origin from the Cerrado de Minas region.
